Most songs have 3 videos. Those are
(a) Away from the piano
(b) At the piano, starting with the RH in Bird Beak position, and adding the Left Hand Drone.
(c) at the piano, with the RH using 5 fingers, and playing the Left Hand as written.
Children should sing and do the activities in this order:
- away from the piano
- at the piano
At the piano, very young students should start playing using the Right Hand Bird Beak hand position and later add a drone in the Left Hand.
More advanced students learn to play with 5 fingers in the right hand. After having mastered the songs as explained in the videos with LH plays fifths, they can progress to playing the song with the left hand as written, as explained in the videos labeled “LH plays Harmony.”
